DOSAGE


FOR BEST RESULTS, OCTANE MUST BE TAKEN DAILY.

First time taking Octane:

Take 1/2 ounce (1/2 capful) every day before workout for one week.

After 1st week:

Take 1oz (one capful) every day before workout or competition.

Non-training or rest days:

Take 1/2 ounce in the morning.


For additional benefits, you may take Octane at the rate of 1/2 oz for every 2 hours of activity. You can use an Octane Battery (mini flask) for this purpose or add up to 1 oz to a water bottle.

Do not take more than 4oz in a 24 hour period.

KEEP ATHLETE OCTANE OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.


Do not use this supplement if pregnant or lactating. Do not exceed recommended dosage except under the advice and supervision of a physician.
