Remove plastic seal on cap

Remove cap.
Remove inner seal.

Replace cap.

Turn bottle upside down and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

Immediately remove cap and pour correct amount into cap or dosing cup. DO NOT delay in removing cap. Octane will separate quickly so it is ESSENTIAL that you shake, remove cap, and pour as quickly as possible.

Pour Octane into your mouth, hold under tongue for at least 30 seconds, swallow.

Wipe out cap and neck of bottle. Replace cap and store Octane appropriately (see above for storage instructions).
